The US is not Trump. The US hates everything he does, and he hates everything he does, too.

As Administration officials seem to be struggling with this, let us say it again: it is illegal to use the U.S. military to invade a foreign country without the authorization of Congress and is a violation of international law.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Abortion will stay legal in Wyoming after the state's top court struck down laws that placed a near-total ban on the procedure.

The court ruled that Wyoming's anti-abortion legislation, including the nation's first ban on abortion pills, were in violation of the state's constitution.

Calling the ban unconstitutional, the court rules that a woman has a fundamental right to make her own health care decisions, including abortion.

The FEDS drugged and shot Fred Hampton in bed.

Philly cops blew up a building in the 1980s and most people don't even know the MOVE bombing happened.

I think you're downplaying how normalized US death is.
If the DEA had killed 80 innocent Americans in the course of apprehending one drug dealer, there would be riots. But we are so ghoulishly indifferent to the lives and humanity of people abroad that it's barely even part of the conversation.
A reminder that the US killed 80 people in Venezuela, and it would be nice if the US media cared enough to think that the life of a grandmother in Caracas whose building is destroyed by a US bomb matters as much as the life of a person in the US.

Just gonna throw this out there that no book is more prescient for the times we face. It’s not hyperbole to say that the similarities to right now are chilling. You won’t vote your way out of this with a spineless opposition party and this is going to end very badly for many, many people.

The military is well aware of what an illegal order is. If they are not familiar with what defending America against enemies foreign and domestic means, they all need to be chaptered out. This is not about a convicted felon president anymore.

There is an entire MA thesis in here for an intrepid scholar
I don’t see Ivy as a villain. Her goals are laudable. It’s just that ordinary, law-abiding methods are a failure against players that are in a caste above all laws, she’s playing by the same non-rules as those she opposes. If she’s a life-protecting villain, than what are her anti-life enemies?

If you call it a “male immaturity epidemic,” a very different set of phenomena come into focus, as this thread shows
I'm starting to wonder how much "the male loneliness epidemic" is just straight and bisexual women identifying low-effort, mean, and incompetent men and choosing not to date, marry, and tolerate them anymore

We need a 4-day, 32-hour work week with livable wages.

There is no reason that people need to be working this much.

People need time off to rest and spend with family and friends.
