Ran a game of DURF for the kids this weekend and it was a blast, even for the 5yo. I ran Forest for the Trees and converted the monster stats over from Cairn on the fly, which I'm reasonably sure I screwed up and accidentally made them harder than they should have been. But everyone lived!

I played in my first ever session of 0e D&D last night, and it was rad as hell. Truthfully, it was my first real old school/OSR experience, period. Very happy to be getting this experience in before ArcaneCon the end of the year.
But also, the Kal-Arath solo itch needs to be scratched soon too.
