It’s wild to think that dial up internet was literally your computer “talking” over the exact same phone line that you used. We thought we were slick when we could call someone across the country, but then a computer used that same phone line to tell another computer on the other how to make a file.

If you're 60, 69.1% of all job growth since your birth occurred under Democratic administrations.

If you're 45, that number is 74.7%.

If you're under 30, the number is 100%.

I got laid off today, with the rest of 18F.

18F was an elite federal software shop. We made gov't websites work better, more efficiently for the American people. We saved taxpayers from getting screwed over by contractors. And were fired for it.

We made this website to tell our story:

MUSK LOSES BIG IN GERMANY

Germany’s CDU/CSU wins big, while the far-right AfD underperforms in second—despite backing from Elon Musk and JD Vance.

AfD is now likely to be completely shut out of the governing coalition.

Yep, DOGE is as incompetent as everyone thought. An $8 million "saving" has been listed as an $8 BILLION saving.

That is 14.5% of their total claimed $55 billion in "savings" having been completely made up.

I find it funny that Ford thinks BlueCruise is worth $500 a year. Absolutely not. That isn’t even a consideration. You can’t use BlueCruise for more than a couple miles without having to grab the wheel and it is only enabled on certain roadways.

"With the resignation of deputy mayors, it has become clear that Mayor Adams has now lost the confidence and trust of his own staff, his colleagues in government, and New Yorkers. He now must prioritize New York City and New Yorkers, step aside and resign."

Dems should propose a law that immediately requires every fed agency to post on @bsky.app account, every outlay with a detailed description, $, and a link to existing gov sites with in depth details

Rather than trying to keep Elon out, pre-empt him so he cant miss characterize spending.

My top Super Bowl memory is when Musk tweeted “Go Eagles” in 2023 from the game and then deleted it after a similar tweet from Biden got more engagement. Then he flew to Twitter HQ and demanded his workers find out why his posts were doing poorly, starting a multi-day fact finding mission.

Received a letter from POTUS today purporting to remove me as Commissioner and Chair of the FEC. There's a legal way to replace FEC commissioners-this isn't it. I've been so fortunate to serve the American people and stir up some good trouble along the way. That's not changing anytime soon.

People should recognize why Elon is using fresh college grads armed with AI in DOGE. He wants to replace skilled workers who have earned their high salary through years of experience with cheaper workers. And he’s not the only one. Don’t believe me? Read this completely unrelated article.

To compare, flights directly chartered by Immigration and Customs Enforcement cost just $8,577.

The facts are, the ACA saved millions with pre-existing conditions and set standards for care.

But now, more than a decade later, with what we now know, it’s time to take the insurance companies out of the mix.
The subsidies they get are enormous. We don’t need them as middlemen.
