When you feel like you need to move from protesting outside of USAID to protesting outside of Chuck Schumer’s office it’s time for a change. Let’s stop playing games. Let’s be honest with each other and as a party. This is not working and it is not acceptable. And this cannot continue.

Under fascism, no one is safe.

Universities stayed quiet as the admin targeted DEI & foreign aid, censored research, etc.

Now, they face devastating cuts to indirect cost rates, threatening research & operations.

Silence won’t protect institutions. It won’t protect people; it never does.

A note to journalists and editors (that I can’t believe I have to keep saying): you don’t have to interview extremists! You don’t have to give them a redemption arc! You are just a stooge spreading their propaganda and making them ultimately more dangerous!

Friendly reminder that if you buy a book on Kindle, you're only paying for the rights to read, not own. If a book truly gets banned, it will be taken away from digital platforms like Kindle, nook, etc. Consider getting physical copies of banned (or other) books!
