BLAISE: Thomas is not going to die.

MARIAM: Look at what they did to Lumumba, to Murtala, to Biko, to Sadat, to Cabral, to Mondlane, to Olympio, to Malcolm X, to Martin Luther King Jnr, to Che Guevara. Blaise, the enemy does not fight with half measures, they eliminate completely. [1/2]

VALERIE: So tell me, why the focus on women?

SANKARA: The revolution and women's liberation go together.

'Bridget Riley’s paintings come at you all at once.
They arrest you & they still you.
The longer you look, the more they reveal & the more they seem to change.
As they ensnare you, the more rewarding they become.
“How does she do that?,” might be a 1st thought.'

also some amazing delft pieces. It's always exciting to see them pop up, they have beautiful form interpretations. I really like the JLZ on the right - I wish this tradition had continued, these potters had a great eye. The pear is excellent, too.
