since we're sharing health insurance horror stories, mine is that Cigna spent one (1) year telling me and my doctor that sinus surgery wouldn't fix my chronic debilitating headaches.
spoiler alert the surgery worked. thanks for making me spend an extra year in constant pain though, really cool
