First one is me, second one is my girlfriend. She has thousands upon thousands of notifications and tabs to the point of slowing his computer, and the only thing that can stop me from compulsively clearing notifs is my own social anxiety and the fear of someone seeing I've read their text.
Are you a "i must clear each notification as it is received, as though it were my duty to god" neurodivergent?
