I’m still so blown away at my recovery from depression/burnout over the past year. It comes in little moments where I remember how hard something like getting out of bed was a year ago and how easy it is now. Ngl I feel a little sad that I didn’t give myself more grace then. I was really struggling

Not only that but they are trying to replace entry level and basic jobs with AI and somehow they didn’t think that would have an impact of the economy? Who the hell is going to buy your goods if you take out all that spending?
I'm tired. We're all tired. This isn't hard to understand. You can't inflate prices of basic necessities like food and housing to ridiculous highs while keeping wages at poverty levels, then act surprised when luxury goods/services and large purchases become unattainable or payments unaffordable.

Getting a scale that tells me my body comp was such a good idea. My weight has been “stagnant” for weeks even though I’ve been consistent with my eating and going to the gym BUT when I look at the other metrics I’ve actually gained 6 lbs of muscle. Without that metric I would have mentally spiraled

Ok my take away from housing is… I really hope we can have moonwells and Druidic stones on our property. There’s only 3 plots that can even see the moonwell. It’s gonna become drama central for any guild/community with more than 3 people looking for night elf or Druidic themes

I saw something recently that said a strategy for adhd is you just need to commit to doing 30%. The full scope of 100% of a project is just too overwhelming. So just start with some thumbnails or sketches for now and then commit to another 30% another day or week. Any progress IS progress
