Oh we are playing a totally faction neutral game. Essentially with the Kirin Tor gone I have a “rich patron” funding a small team to collect magical items for them

Also add on to that night elves and orcs don’t usually get along, goblins and gnomes are bitter rivals, and there isn’t a male human paladin in sight.

Also be gentle with yourself. I can’t tell you how hard I cried when I hugged myself and told myself I’d be there for me. When the negative thoughts come don’t be mean to yourself and put yourself down. Try to see what’s behind those thoughts and show yourself compassion

If you don’t know where to start, try challenging your thoughts. Ask yourself if they are true? Are they helpful? Do you really believe them? Would you say them to someone else? And if you can log them in a notepad app or in a journal. Then when you find a therapist you’ll have somewhere to start

Yeah like looking back that was really my worst depressive long term episode of my entire life. I knew it was bad but only looking back I’m realizing just how bad it was

If you are struggling right now I want to remind you that they really is hope. What you are experiencing now really is hard no matter how you might beat yourself up about it or others might ignore it. Just be gentle with yourself and try a little bit each day

Well Malfurion did say he could feel the Twisting Nether in the Rift of Aln so could be through that or they are summoning half dreamt creatures from the rift for flavor
