A person in power can choose advisors who meet all qualifications and are from varied backgrounds, ethnicity, and world view so that every solution is crafted using diverse experiences and the result is far more likely to fit into a world that is varied and diverse.

A person in power can choose advisors who meet all qualifications and are from varied backgrounds, ethnicity, and world view so that every solution is crafted using diverse experiences and the result is far more likely to fit into a world that is varied and diverse.
