anyone who served in the US military for the last 25 years was involved in these exact type of strikes, just on people you've decided it's okay to murder because of their religion. no one refused the orders for torture or drone strikes on weddings or to strafe MSF hospitals. fuck the US military.
The worst part about the boat strikes - regardless of who ordered what and besides the ultimate tragedy of lives lost - is they’re forever a stain on the professionalism and dignity of the United States military.

I’m currently at the hospital with my 90yo grandmother and can hear the drone as clearly as I can hear her. We don’t even talk about it. It’s like talking about clouds. There’s a sense that it’s pointless to talk about it. Israel feels beyond human agency, because nothing ever stops them.
