I've been using both Chatgbt and Gemini a lot lately. They both reach a point where they can't function in chats where the project is complex and they have to load a lot of context documents in memory. After a while, they both get confused and make mistake after mistake You have to start a new chat

Today on Volts: sustainable transportation policy is under comprehensive attack by the federal government, but states can soften the blow. Specifically, governors have a little-understood authority to transfer existing federal funds to EV charging, bike lanes, & transit. But time is running out!
Hey governors: you can salvage sustainable transportation, but you need to do it quick!
Liya Rechtman lays out the playbook for governors to salvage clean transportation using existing federal funds before it's too late.

Carson, born 100 years ago today.

“You become successful, the way I see it,” he said, “only if you’re good enough to deliver what the public enjoys. If you’re not, you won’t have any audience; so the performer really has more to do with his success than the public does.”

Simon and Garfunkel In Central Park, 44 years ago tonight.

“The breakup that happened after Catch-22 was never repaired,” said Simon. “It was just a bandage put over it. But the bandage was such a luxurious bandage – the concert in Central Park – we forgot that essentially, we were done as a team.”

Happy birthday, “Wish You Were Here” — the Pink Floyd album released today in 1975.

The title track “came to me very easily,” Roger Waters once said. “David Gilmour had been playing the riff .. I said, ‘And then what happens?’

“He said, ‘No, that’s it.’

“And I went, ‘I like it.’”
