They are people with sordid histories of domestic violence, previous arrests, etc., who are paid to terrorize and brutalize innocent people while hiding their identities, who collect benefits those they abduct aren't eligible for, and who suffer no consequences for illegal acts/excessive force.

It's time to move past the narrative that the masked ICE agents aren't ICE agents but bounty hunters cosplaying as ICE. They are people who willingly signed up to abduct people and collect a government paycheck.
