4 decades ago the Federalist Society was created to destroy the fabric of the most successful democratic nation in history. It was a reaction to civil rights and the regulatory system that had built the middle class. They wanted unrequited wealth. They won. Now everybody’s miserable, even them. Yay
Even dumbass right wing morons like Catturd know how easy it is to gaslight Musk for their own benefit

It’s both just boring and super politically dangerous for Trump to elevate GOP members who will succeed without any threats pulled off from his Groyper Proud Boys network against them.
You know it’s a good nickname when you have to explain it.

Turns out power doesn’t need French heist movie level conspiracies, just real life Hershey gold bars and emails saying “my good sir, would you like some young lasses, I can have em ready by 9:15”

NEW: The backlash to Trump has been coming in big waves. Dems' sweep in last week’s elections. The 7 million people who turned out for “No Kings” protests.

But it's been fueling something else all year: a surge in young progressives signing up to run for office.

Man, look: The regularity with which Trump defends his relationship with Epstein by noting that he never went to Epstein's island makes me think 1) that the island is where the really heinous shit went down and 2) that Trump knows that very, very well.

We really need to have a come to Jesus about money, power, addiction and these new things we carry around in our pockets. Look at the trajectory of Kelly over the decade. Candace Owens. Peter Thiel. On and on.

We shouldn’t know these scourges.
Megyn Kelly is not just problematic in her defense of Trump and Epstein…she is emblematic of the decline in humanity infesting the Republican Party. The double standard for the definition of a child. The excuses…the rot at the center of the GOP.

American history is filled with members of the clergy paving the way to stand against the deepest and darkest immorality. Religion has long been a metaphysical fight between institutionalized right and wrong.

The only way back is to know what is righteous and stand within it.
