Chronically ill. Persisting and resisting mostly out of spite.
It's not that hard, just wear a goddamn mask.

last night, someone on tiktok asked
me how wearing a mask is antifascist, so i answered: unfortunately, even passive, austere eugenics works faster if YOU participate.

so step up: stand out, mask up, and take care take care take care for yourself & others—before those who seek to harm stop you.

If you’re not familiar with the Nazis Aktion T4 program, please look it up.

Too many folks forget that Hitler targeted disabled people first. No one spoke up, and rampant ableism means little has changed in 80 years.

Centre disabled people in your resistance planning. We can help.

People are disappointed that the guy was just doing it for weirdo reasons and not because of class consciousness but the class consciousness was literally the friends we made along the way. It was everyone in america saying that dickhead deserved it. It was us all along.

What's it like to move from a large city to a rural area? How does it change priorities? How is organizing and activism different? What's possible?

Developers Are In Charge Of Toronto’s Housing Policies
Toronto’s communities are being deeply impacted by a terrible lack of decent housing that people can afford to live in. This situation is the product of decades in which governments at every level hav...

Appalling.
Remember who is really to blame when your Xmas cards/gifts get held up.
Wow that’s a pretty dirty move from Canada Post. Rather than negotiate with the workers, it’s violating the Canada Labour Code and laying people off during the strike. The strike going on longer is going to be at their feet. www.cbc.ca/news/busines...
Canada Post says it has been temporarily laying off striking workers | CBC News
The union representing Canada Post workers says the Crown corporation has been laying striking employees off as the labour action by more than 55,000 workers approaches the two-week mark.

This should be front page news. 70% of patients requiring the hospital for Covid CAUGHT it in healthcare.

That’s an alarming amount of completely preventable hospitalizations.

Healthcare settings know how to stop spread.

Clean air & mandatory respirators. Forcibly infecting patients is wrong 🧵/1

People are so confused about why our healthcare systems are overloaded and there's a simple, effective way to eliminate a lot of that strain right there.

N95 masks for everyone in all medical facilities.

So, it may actually be happening. About a year ago, I finally relented to the idea of leaving the city and now I'm feeling like we maybe should have gotten on it sooner.

Genius.
This is how you become a writer: just pick one of the things that is deeply wrong with you. Make it a character. Now send it on a self-help journey or try to kill it. Now call it a book.

"If you’re a health-care worker who sees a patient in a mask, put one on for them. Don’t make them ask. Don’t psychologize them. Don’t betray the trust they’ve shown you. They’ve put their lives in your hands. Don’t take that for granted, it’s not an easy thing for many of us to do"
