What's particularly frustrating about seeing a bunch of accounts go "oh, the Bluesky TOS was just one big overreaction" is that:
A) there's still been no change to the language or official confirmation.
B) if in 2 months artists got banned, they'd be on here saying "ha, didn't you read the TOS?"
