Another reason the stock market needs to disappear is how it makes seemingly decent ppl invest in awful things because they make money. My mother in law is pouring $ into undersea mining. Environmentally destructive? Probably. But she's trying to save up for retirement, and that stock is rising.

My goal this year is to walk 2,000 miles with my dog. We got about 3/4 of the way there last year. An extra ~500 miles is just 2 extra miles per day 🤔 That’s very doable. If I add a short morning walk, that’ll more than cover it.

And yet (I have to keep explaining this to my hustle-minded, American acquaintances) Europe is doing JUST FINE. Despite a healthy work life balance, longer PTO, lunch away from your desk, etc. or maybe… just maybe… BECAUSE of it. Companies are still making money and getting things done. It’s crazy!

I've been working with one of those online identity cleanup companies. Really good stuff. But more importantly WOW, they've found info going WAY back. Like an address my family lived at when I was TEN. That shit goes WAAAAAAY back.

#ZigFitnessTip Considering GLP-1 drugs? That's cool! BUT. PLEASE make an effort to educate yourself on nutrition. You can't take those forever (and def shouldn't). What happens once you stop? You go back to old habits and gain all the weight back. You need new, lifelong nutrition+exercise habits.
