Thank goodness, someone leaked the version of Knife Talk without Drake’s verse. If I never have to hear about how it’s oppy outside, it’ll be too soon.

#ZigFitnessTip There’s a thousand exercises for every muscle group. Not all of them are the most optimal, but who cares. Find the most optimal one YOU enjoy doing! Better to do an 80% optimal exercise that you enjoy and keep going back to than a 95% optimal one you dread and actively want to avoid.

Idk how many times I have to tell Apple Music to not play Drake. It keeps trying. I NEVER LIKED DRAKE. Not even back then. He always sounded try-hard. Some people are just effortlessly cool (Redman). Others sound like they’re constantly afraid people will find out they’re not (Drake).

They’re doing an X-files remake. On one hand: Ryan Coogler. Man knows what he’s doing. On the other… why? Remake crappy things. The original Oceans 11 was just drunk Rat Pack dudes talking on phones the whole time. Trash. Remake it. Soderbergh did, and it’s a classic. But X-Files was fine. Leave it.

#ZigFitnessTip If you wanna start working out (NY resolution and all) you don’t have to dive right in the deep end. Do some pushups! Seriously. I started out just doing 100 pushups a day. Not all at once. Over the course of the day. Then added pull-ups, then weights, then more stuff. Nice and slow.

Finally heading HOME Thursday. I love my family, but an entire nonstop week of family issssss... yeah. My social battery is completely depleted, and I just need quiet. My brain is in just full introvert mode, socializing is taking more and more effort rather than being pleasant, and I wanna go home.

I like to think anthro animals go hiking naked as like a, “Back to nature, as our wild ancestors have done.” sort of deal. And it’s super popular amongst a subset of the population. Because they still have fur. Clothing is a trapping of religions and sense of shame that was bestowed upon them-

On one hand, the sooner full actual self driving arrives, the better. Get these fucking morons who can’t drive a nanny. On the OTHER hand, tech makes you dumber. Everyone will become a WORSE driver by being dependent on it. And then the internet goes out… and NO ONE CAN DRIVE.
