BIG NEWS: I've signed a contract with @universitypress.cambridge.org for my next book (and first monograph) called 'Kant and the British Moralists' - a comprehensive account of Kant's relationship to 18th-century British moral philosophy. It should be out in 2027!

Well, it’s been a pretty exciting year on the job market for me, but now that the ink is dry, I’m happy to say that starting April 1st (next week!) I'll be joining Stefano Bacin at the University of Milan for 5 years (!) to help run his ERC project on 18th-century ethics!

As announced in Budget 2024, the scholarship and fellowship programs administered by the three federal research funding agencies – the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC), and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) – have been streamlined into a new harmonized talent program called the Canada Research Training Awards Suite (CRTAS) that will open for applications in summer 2025.
