Growing up, I was told that the demise of Christianity would be caused by our country rejecting God.

Now I believe it is actually caused by Christians blatantly rejecting the teachings of Jesus for the sake of political power.

Donald Trump is acting like a king because he’s too weak to govern as President.

One bishop, in one church, literally just asked the president to be nice and him and everyone in his circle been melting down for a week.

These aren't strong people. They're very, very weak people. They can be beaten.

Mind just got blown

If you're feeling tired and run down (as many have told me recently), understand that what you're feeling is most likely the result of a much-needed period of rest and recuperation following an intense and prolonged spike of intense stress.

Transness breaks conservative (and especially white supremacist) brains because it shatters the rigid binaries they rely on to justify power. Gender isn't a natural hierarchy—it’s their excuse for control. When we exist unapologetically, it exposes their fragile systems for what they are: a lie.

Today is Transgender Day of Remembrance. Each year, the trans community loses too many lives, especially trans women of color, to hate and violence.

More than ever, we must stand by our trans family and support them, hold space for them, and insist the scapegoating and targeting stop.

Now.

This #TransDayOfRememberance, we remember and honor the lives lost due to anti-trans violence. Trans rights are human rights, and we are committed to standing with trans workers, uplifting communities and fighting for better and more inclusive workplaces.
