If you are watching the NYC marathon today and are inspired to start running, please allow me to suggest run/walking. You don’t have to suffer! Run 8 minutes, walk 2. Run 90 secs, walk 30s. I run a minute, walk a minute. Be kind to your body. Enjoy being outside. Set yourself up for success.

The closest thing to 9/11 under Trump that would parallel bringing Bin Laden to justice one way or another would require Donald Trump to take out Donald Trump.
