The Trump administration has canceled the Biden era rule where airlines would have to compensate passengers for flight disruptions.

Rob Saka cares more about spending money removing curbs than he does about renters. What an absolute disgrace.
The city's housing committee, headed by Mark Solomon (and previously Cathy Moore), was unable to meet officially today because committee members Sara Nelson and Rob Saka won't go to the meeting, denying the committee a quorum. Saka is currently sitting in his office.

The Seattle Council's housing committee is supposed to be meeting right now, discussing a bunch of appointments that had been sitting on former chair Cathy Moore's desk. Included: appointments to the Seattle renter's commission.

They tried to force us to stay at a school that was unsafe for my kid, tried to go through the appeal process, and they still wouldn’t budge (we didn’t have enough evidence) found Bellevue Digital Discovery is open to entire state, he can learn from home from a public school and it’s working great
Yes. And instead of exploring why families want to attend certain schools over others (or leave certain schools for others), they force families to stay.

This cannot be underscored enough. SPD’s budget is over $450M, funded by the General Fund. Why do Seattle residents need to be taxed more to fund SPD to do their job (like patrolling in neighborhoods and in and outside of schools, with high gun violence)??
