Someone from Wacissa just caught dinner.
I was checking out the course for #WorldCrossCountry today, and ran into two course workers (left of picture) who were following up on a poisonous snake sighting. Apparently, Tally has 4 venonous snakes: Coral Snake, Cottonmouth, Copperhead, and Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake.

This but for people that don’t understand how hard it is to competently broadcast a cross country meet.
The Netflix and Amazon broadcasts are a great reminder that live sports is a deeply, deeply difficult type of TV that requires huge crews of profoundly skilled and experienced people who have worked together for a long time to look natural

The brand and the retailer involved don’t seem to care about the meaning of NIL.
It’s almost certainly not going to fly with any state NIL regulations no matter what they claim at the bottom of their release when the ad copy at top says otherwise.

The amount, especially for an endemic influencer brand not producing the event broadcast for the brand, is eye-raising.
I have seen non-endemic influencers get paid obscene amounts over the years but those are folks with outsized & outside audiences.

Doesn’t really matter that much. That kind of pay for content should come with a more immersive brand experience and not just an event logo slapped on photos.
