The last thing any tech company seems to want to do is hire a technical writer. But guess what? Technical writers are useful.
I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a worse tech platform than Airtable. Their support docs are very bad and I’m having an issue so frustrating and ridiculous I just want to scream.

Adelanto is a bad place (all of these places are). In 2015, I spoke with detainees there who were on hunger strike, and a paraplegic teenager who had been denied treatment for a UTI after being denied clean catheters. He told me "they basically just wait until you're dying."
I have approximately zero following on this app, sharing in the hopes it can get in front of the right person. A man I went to college with’s wife was kidnapped by ICE at a green card hearing, and he’s trying to find a reporter who will speak to him about the situation

Section 1. Antifa as a Terrorist Threat. Antifa is a militarist, anarchist enterprise that explicitly calls for the overthrow of the United States Government, law enforcement authorities, and our system of law. It uses illegal means to organize and execute a campaign of violence and terrorism nationwide to accomplish these goals. This campaign involves coordinated efforts to obstruct enforcement of Federal laws through armed standoffs with law enforcement, organized riots, violent assaults on Immigration and Customs Enforcement and other law enforcement officers, and routine doxing of and other threats against political figures and activists. It's pathetically sad, but what we will one day reckon with is how easily and quickly this happened. The media capitulation, the reins-free ICE atrocities. We were already set up for this. The structures were in place.
