Devastating piece on the human toll of Kavanaugh Stops.

Especially infuriating to know that rich white guys like Brett K can simply close their eyes to the human suffering their racist jurisprudence has unleashed.
For two months, the U.S. government has been racial profiling as masked federal agents hunted for immigrants throughout Chicago. They’ve repeatedly snatched up U.S. citizens while traumatizing communities. “I felt like a piece of trash.” Here is our story www.chicagotribune.com/2025/11/15/l...

Dr. says blaming a divorce on menopause is “really stretching it.” My Academic-ese is a little rusty, but if memory serves, that's how you say batshit crazy.
Menopause causes divorce. Menopause kills women. Lifelong vaginal estrogen therapy helps breast cancer patients live longer.

These are only a few of the questionable claims to come out of Trump's FDA this week.
The many problems with the FDA’s big menopause announcement
No, it doesn't kill women or cause divorce.

For the last decade or so Chuck Schumer has seemed like a time traveler from the far distant past (2014) who is experiencing the Trump era for the first time. I don't know I've ever seen anyone so immune to lessons life is DESPERATELY trying to teach.

If only they would actually listen. But if we've learned anything it's that the military is full of effete, supine, weak-willed sycophants who lack the backbone to ever say no. They have never not done Trump's bidding and they're not about to start now. Sadly.

So while this is all the horrible, dangerous, scary things, it is also kind of amusing. I mean, if they're going to do authoritarian at least they're very stupid and the court transcripts are going to be lit.
The former beauty queen blundered in her statement announcing Comey’s indictment, misusing the word “principal.”

In other words: I want you to let me do whatever I want to do, and even though it in no way impedes me or slows me down even a little, I don't want you to criticize or even draw attention to what I'm doing.

Kamala Harris is still dealing with crazy double standards. We have a president who is a literal authoritarian doing Nazisms but if she says 2 words together in public it's just as bad, even worse. He can come back from trying to overthrow the government, but she should be shunned for life.

So many people are talking about the batshittery that is the content, and that's probably the smart take. But I'm going to be super petty and point out that dress is hideous and she does not have the right face to go without makeup. But that's what homophobia gets you: no gay around to tell you no.
The tone of this video is completely wild. It's filmed like a high school media class project. It looks like it too; the presentation and graphics are amateurish. And yet it's chilling, because she's a real government spokesperson dismissing reports of abuses in detention with finger quotes.

"I don't want to hurt you, stop fighting back, you're hurting yourself" is literally the language of an abuser.

One of the most banally horrifying things about this administration is that there is no subtext, no dog whistles, no need for interpretive work. It's all just explicit racism and cruelty.
