On top of everything else noxious about this appearance, Blanche is lying about cooperation from MN, as DOC set up a dedicated website to explain.
Blanche: "Remember, what we all saw in that 10 or second video is not the full story. Every American should know that. The story goes way beyond that. It starts with the fact that literally for months we have received 0 assistance from the state of Minnesota."

In case anyone forgot, this administration had already prohibited public funding of mRNA vaccine research. Moderna was one of the single biggest private funders of mRNA vaccine research. This will set us back decades.

Let me know if you agree with my analysis. I've unfortunately spent too many years researching Miller, white nationalists, and his ideological infrastructure of hate. Also, you know, I pay attention to what Trump actually does and take him literally and seriously.
"Bovino to Leave Minnesota, But the White Supremacist Agenda is Still in Play"

Bovino is the scapegoat for Trump's intentional reign of terror in Minnesota, but as long as Stephen Miller is in the White House, this is just window dressing. Dems must go on offense!

I continue to believe that the fastest way to get Stephen Miller fired is to convince Trump that Miller's ICE operations are what cost him the Nobel Peace Prize.

The administration is "deeply frustrated"? To my mind, Noem/Bovino carried out what the White House wanted (see statements from Miller absolving ICE and smearing Good and Pretti), and now that its backfired, they are being used by Trump as scapegoats to absolve the WH of accountability.
Dont forget.

The NYT does a masterful job walking us through the video of the murder of Mr Pretti by ICE agents operating under Trump authority and policies. Frame by frame www.nytimes.com/video/us/100...
Video: New Video Analysis Reveals Flawed and Fatal Decisions in Shooting of Pretti
A frame-by-frame assessment of actions by Alex Pretti and the two officers who fired 10 times shows how lethal force came to be used against a target who didn’t pose a threat.

The way I see it: the Trump Administration gave full license to ICE to act with impunity. And then covered up two ICE murders conducted as a result of such impunity.

IMMORAL…

This drawing was made by one of the 5 year old El Gamal twins. It shows children behind bars with the caption, “I’m 5 years old.”

An immigration judge denied them bond, citing “insufficient assets.” These children could remain in detention for years while their case is appealed.

The people of Minnesota have executed one of the most impressive civil resistance campaigns I can remember:

- Organized a city wide general strike
- Maintained nonviolent discipline amidst violence
- Mobilized 10,000s in subzero temps to protest and watch ICE
- Flipped public opinion against ICE

I want to go back to Marimar Martinez' request to lift protective order in her case. She was shot by CBP in October. As w/Good & Pretti, they lied to cover up shooting.

As a threshold issue, Bovino was just 1-degree of separation from all 3 shootings.

People need to remember this has ALWAYS been the case.

Noem
Bovino
Tricia
Miller

In the Renee Good killing, NONE of their statements were consistent, much less true.

Marimar Martinez is asking for body cam bc Tricia is STILL lying abt why she was shot in October.
1/ The order of events on statements by DHS, Bovino, and Noem on Saturday following the killing of Alex Pretti in Minneapolis is definitely worth looking at it. And on my reading, while both officials read from the same official statement, Noem's response was even worse, for two reasons.
With Greg Bovino being shown the door

A reminder of how he and Kristi Noem have been in lockstep in responding to Alex Pretti's murder⬇️ (and what lead up to it).
