CNN: Hey Dave it's CNN. Could you come on to talk about the death of Hulk Hogan

Me: Hulk Hogan was a racist scab and a liar. He hated unions, Black people, and the truth and that's why he loved Donald Trump. What time do you want me?

CNN: Great! Well.... so we'll keep looking

I’m hiring a reporter for London Centric, looking for someone smart who can use a phone, knock on doors and wants to cause trouble. Don’t care if you’ve got qualifications, just want evidence of caring about news. Initial six month contract, pay above national rates. www.londoncentric.media/p/jobs

@clapifyoulikeme.favrd.social Question ONE - are we seeing you in NY in a few weeks? Question TWO - do you need a sack of Yorkshire Tea or any useless British shit bringing over?

Imagine making a horror film and the scariest bit is it makes people in the real world talk about Jimmy Savile.

Last re-post for anyone wondering why there's suddenly a million posts about Jimmy Savile.

Brexit, bootlicking, the bullets in the bandoliers - 28 YEARS LATER is the defining horror movie of modern Britain. Here’s why.
With Danny Boyle’s 28 YEARS LATER now playing in theaters, we’re diving into what makes the latest chapter in the post-apocalyptic series so explicitly and terrifyingly British, including THAT ending.

Started outlining a new feature script with @adbarker.bsky.social last week. First crucial step was to spunk a whole week away making a playlist.

A shiny and enthusiastic high-five to anyone who can solve the subtle and cryptic clues to figure out where this one is set...

Oh no I am in danger of enjoying the Yurtel story too much
I genuinely can’t conceive how much money you have to be earning to think that a £16.5k yurt for a weekend at Glastonbury seems like a reasonable treat.

An insufficient number of English voters care about working class black people because if they did then the Windrush scandal alone would have destroyed the Conservative Party. The fact that it didn’t, now that’s a legitimate concern.
Enraging to have grown up around working class black people who came to the UK and broke themselves for it only to be told that their host nation still has “legitimate concerns” about them being there.

We saw Ocean at the cinema yesterday, and this sequence is genuinely one of the more harrowing things I've seen on film in a long time.
I will forever be haunted by this footage.

Trawling has only been filmed underwater a few times in documentary history, and never with such clarity.

What’s so heart-rending about these shots is watching how the animals don’t just get swept up — they swim for their lives.

I haven't seen the same outpouring of support for Rodney Hinton, Jr. that we saw for Luigi Mangione. GoFundMe took down the fundraiser for Hinton, who is accused of killing an officer shortly after he watched bodycam footage of police killing his 18-year-old son.
