Pay attention, Canada. If Alberta is successful in this book banning, this will spread. Look around you, b/c this is how it starts. We're on the same ledge the US was on. And we either start fighting this right-wing rise now, or we follow the Americans over the edge.

As many people have noticed – but let me point it for those who are having problems – all recipes on nigella.com come with a toggle to change metric to US measures and ingredients.
PS Tinned tomatoes, anchovies, olives, capers and spaghetti are not, I believe – even in America – difficult to find
If you love translating grams into ounces and trying to find Nigella's ingredients in a store, you'll love this recipe. C'mon, Nigella, give us a break!
