I started a podcast. It’s called Six Things. Each month, a guest brings six things and we talk about them. It’s as simple as that. Massage your ears with the first episode, featuring @joannawyld.bsky.social’s fine selection. Available on your favoured ear-massaging platform.

A short piece about *that* Pink Floyd concert in Venice.

Now I'm not saying this might play a part in "The Venetian Redemption"...but...

Honestly… I’ve no idea what the whole Bad Bunny Super Bowl thing was about even when I watched it.
But given the nature of the people it’s pissed off…. RESULT😀

As someone who’s been working from home very successfully for multiple international companies for the last 40 years it’s my duty to tell you this lying, fraudulent grifter is once again talking total crap.
BREAKING: Nigel Farage calls for an end to working from home and the focus on work-life balance

"People aren't more productive working from home - it's a load of nonsense”

Whatever you do JUST DON’T VOTE REFORM!

Just a thought but maybe it’s time the Labour Party was led by someone who knows what it’s like to grow up on a council estate. I did. You learn a lot of stuff there.

Went for a long walk in new hiking boots, a brand I’ve been using for years.
Right boot leaks, toe isn’t sealed. These aren’t cheap either. Losing brand trust… not great.

Major speed bump in the present WIP solved. The character is a woman, not a man. Makes the character far more interesting, unpredictable, unexpected. Amazing how much a gender change can achieve.

Imagine getting in a lift* with these two and it gets stuck between floors. There’s a pitch for a horror movie.

Why, for the love of god, do they need a plane of food? They are in Italy!
Not only did they bring a small private army, but among the waste of taxpayer money was BRINGING A FULL PLANE OF FOOD.

To *Italy*.

Years back I was in Rome when Italy played Ireland one Sunday in the Six Nations. What a spectacle in the centre. The via Fori Imperiali was pedestrianised and full of happy fans from both sides with women dressed as pints of Guinness handing out free beer tokens. Italy got thumped of course.
