🗣️We made a positive start and gained a few positions in the first stint, but the Safety Car didn’t play to our advantage and I lost two positions after the double stack. From that point I found myself in a DRS train, which made progress difficult on a circuit where overtaking is limited.

The fun thing about full season championships that come down to the last race is there are so many on the margins moments that got us here
- Oscar getting out of the wet grass in Melbourne
- Lando’s retirement in Zandvoort
- Max in Spain & race ban
- Vegas
- Today’s strategy, Alonso, Kimi

If it wasn't for Alonso backing up the field in his 2nd stint, there's a genuine scenario McLaren could've had a MUCH worse weekend.
Piastri would've finished further back and based on Lando's complete inability to overtake, even on fresher tyres... he might've finished outside the points.

The fun thing about full season championships that come down to the last race is there are so many on the margins moments that got us here

Oscar has made mistakes this season. The fact he lost the championship lead isn't entirely on Mclaren. I'm not denying that whatsoever but there are at least imo 3 very clear instances where Mclaren screwed Oscar over and those points would have put him within a win distance from the wdc
Also for all the focus on Max, Oscar needs Lando to finish 6th or lower if he wins the race. Obviously a more complicated scenario than Max's but for all the talk that Oscar is "destroyed mentally", seems like a bit too small of a gap to me
If Max finishes 1st in AD, he needs Norris to finish 4th or lower. In other words, Max needs another Qatar or Abu Dhabi 2023

I want to start a non-profit or something like that, that specifically helps single, disabled moms (and women in general) with services they cannot afford. I want companies to donate their services... like a cleaning, or meals for a week etc. I just am feeling too disabled to do it just yet lol
