My grandparents helped raise me. In many ways, they were my real parents. When my grandpa died, it destroyed me. My grandma is 86 now, and I have no idea what I’ll do when she’s gone.

Yesterday I walked without crutches to the nearby konbini, only wearing the moon boot. It was definitely tough and my ankle is still tender, but at least I did it.
It’s been a little over three weeks since I got injured and I desperately want to be outside.
