The best Thanksgiving meal I ever orchestrated was in 2020, when it was just me, @xolok.bsky.social, and @maryhenry.bsky.social (+ family via Zoom on a laptop.) We did brunch! Pumpkin pancakes, casserole with turkey sausage, hashbrowns, cranberry mimosas. I will never again fly so close to greatness
