If a president chooses to violate treaty obligations for a "psychological" need, he is psychologically unfit to hold office.

I haven't heard talking heads raising the possibility that Trump just wanted to have a special operations success because Obama sent the Seals after Bin Laden. So much of Trump's actions are due to Obama occupying his head.
