The government was wrong to cut winter fuel payments.

For some reason Youtube wants to show me this clip all the time. Something about it makes clear how terrifying it might be as a mere mortal to stand up alone in front of a massive crowd, and then how singularly brillliant PJ Harvey is at it; absolutely compelling.
