📷Lighthouse Park, Vancouver. I spent so much effort this last month trying to find a single pileated in the Bay Area, where they're around but rare. And in this Vancouver park, two immediately flew in front of me and landed on a stump 50 feet away.

The library board “fired the library director for refusing to move or remove 113 books that they feel are ‘inappropriate.’ The rest of the staff did something heroic in solidarity with their colleague: they walked out, locked up the library, and said No to this unethical board action.”

As a nerdy high school student who had lived WKRP In Cincinnati, I was the target audience for Head Of The Class.

Seeing the allegations against Dan Schneider makes me feel guilty that I may have contributed to his success, which may have (I was not there, so I do not know) enabled later abuse.
