As much as I look back at 2015-18 meme culture and cringe, I do think they ate a bit with the whole "declare a meme dead as soon as it lands on Ellen" thing. Went to Hot Topic/Spencer's today and while some of the vulgar shirts are funny, it's really tiring to see the same 5 "funny" phrases
