Se a decisão do STF na ADO 38 pedia mais proporcionalidade entre estados, a Câmara sabe o caminho -- tanto que o propôs, mas só pro futuro...
@lgelape.bsky.social e eu fizemos simulações da distribuição de cadeiras de Deputados Federais considerando a regra citada no PLP aprovado pela Câmara e a população do Censo 2022.
Diferente do proposto pelos deputados, o aumento deveria resultar em bancadas proporcionais à população dos Estados. 1/3
