Wouldn't it be ironic if cuts to the NWS have messed up forecasting to the extent that flights into DC were unpredictable, and this delayed the bill enough to save NOAA's atmospheric and climate modelling teams.
- Major complicating factor at this point is attendance. Terrible weather in DC today has prevented a lot of representatives from getting their flights back yet. If anything delays the process it will probably be that.

Smart money says MAGA murder budget will in fact make Trump's desk by July 4th.
So it comes back to the House.

The vote math is the same as the Senate: Republicans can only lose 3, a fourth kills it assuming all present/voting. As in the Senate there's one solid no via a libertarian contrarian from Kentucky.

I don't feel a lot of suspense, I think they'll pass this as is--
