Our article in today's NZ Medical Journal - a disgraceful story of structural racism in NZ health policy. It highlights govt refusal to address a glaring inequity despite clear evidence and sustained advocacy. The result is avoidable disease and mortality for Māori and Pacific people.

The current Government wilfully spreads misinfo about unions despite being well aware unions are the collective voice of workers that rebalance the scales so that people in work are protected from exploitation and harm.

It’s a good time to join one. #nzpol

Wanna know the common thread in Aotearoa’s ever-worsening cost of living crisis?

LACK OF COMPETITION.
Monopolies, duopolies & cartels.

Supermarkets. Building supplies. Powercos. Fuel companies. Fonterra. Banks.

Pray for a future Gov brave enough to break up or regulate these sectors.

I love how the people in this article are so openly stating how bad and distracted/oblivious they are at driving.

If you're hitting these things, the fault ain't those things. And the solution isn't to remove them so you can now hit something softer, like a cyclist.

It’s not just that unemployment is up 28% since the govt took office it’s that they engineered it! If you have the faintest clue about how the economy works you know that cutting public spending impacts the private sector immediately. The govt is the private sector’s BIGGEST customer.

The InternetNZ AGM falls on Thursday. It's a very consequential one. To secure institution's ability to serve all New Zealanders, members must vote down proposed changes to InternetNZ's constitution by the Free Speech Union (FSU) - published on their website.
