Dylan fans, and Dylan himself, would agree that Dylan is not a good singer.
But Dylan is one of the greatest songwriters and troubadours of all time.
And, to be honest, I can’t imagine Dylan’s songs being better with a better voice. It’s rough but his voice communicates feeling on many levels.

Israel allowing “a few trucks of food to enter Gaza” isn’t a U-turn. It’s a tactic to get people to stop saying you’ve completely shut down aid from coming in. Aid groups have said Gaza needs at least 500 trucks a day.

Here we go again!!! Dwr Cymru is a not for profit water company. water bills are going up but is invested in improvements. There is a £4 billion package to improve rivers upgrade reservoirs and 75 km of new mains. Also there are 150,000 customers on social tariffs where their payments are capped.
