He also had Tesla China sign a letter to the CCP in July 2023 pledging to enhance "core socialist values".

"In a free market capitalist country, shareholders of a company - not the State - should be the ones deciding what to pay the CEO."

Pro tip: this isn't going to make the Delaware Supreme Court more likely to reverse.
(I'll say it here: 99.97% chance of affirmance no matter what Elon does. Any reversal would be caving to coercion because the Chancellor's decision is rock solid.)
