Not only ICE but the complete Dept of "Homeland" Security. Its structure and leadership has allowed and encouraged ICE lawlessness. It was a terrible idea foisted on the nation by power hungry Republicans after 9/11. It is fulfilling their desire for outlaw power.
The dems should run on a platform of not only disbanding ICE, but on unmasking every single one of their agents.
