Some tips as someone who loves food, has a bunch of health-related food restrictions, and has been food insecure for ~3 years
1. If you can afford it, a Costco membership is the best possible investment in not starving. $5 rotisserie chicken + bulk frozen vegetables have gotten me through so much.
