I keep on buying the Stamp pins, but unfortunately they don't last as my wife keeps giving them away as presents! They are amazing, Pepper is an amazing artist, and I will definitely get some more stuff.
I never do sales, but I'm doing a big Christmas sale this year! Shop #kikorangi local, support an artist, and give unique gifts that always hit with their recipient!
Get in and snag bundle deals, marked down tees, and restocked items that were previously sold out: pepperraccoon.com/collections/...

Brad Olsen on Breakfast television in NZ saying he doesn't think AI is a bubble. Some of the valuations are WELL out of whack compared to the income they earn, or the income they will ever earn.

I think the free 3 GP visits for NZ'ers regardless of income is a good idea. In general universality is easier to manage, doesn't punish people who don't own their own business (who often miraculously seem to earn very little while stile driving the latest model cars).

A workmate told me about a conversation with another workmate who said "Where are all these disadvantaged Māori's? I've never seen them". This other person was born into a Sth Taranaki farming family so let's talk about where your family farm came from then.

I keep on coming back to the irrefutable fact that the people in New Zealand that don't want to address the impact of colonisation and argue "it's in the past, the current generation are not responsible for that" continue to enjoy benefits that flowed directly from that colonisation.

Switched my Kiwisaver to a conservative fund out of growth. Apparently with my particular provider that was the only way to get out of AI stocks. I feel comfortable with the decision at this point in time.

Since National killed night schools (they remain unforgiven from me for this), I travel every Tuesday night to Whanganui for woodowrkclasses. If you want details for next year (if it's within travel distance) hmu.

Jack Tame on NZQ&A talked about if a house just kept up with inflation, why should you have to pay CGT? You'd effectively be losing buying power.
Except this is totally incorrect. (1/n)

Getting to your meeting 30 seconds quicker is a higher priority than protecting kids from cars on their way to school
Keeping school attendance up is a higher priority than protecting kids from measles
Saving a few bucks is a higher priority than a decent lunch
