I'm at the top of the stop bank near Ruamahanga Crescent. River is well under that level (Palmy has excellent flood protection), but river is pretty high. Not the rain expected upriver, fortunately - what some areas got was bad enough though.

I had my hearing tested. I knew I probably needed hearing aids for the last 5-10 years but was putting off getting them because $. I have about 25% hearing loss. I Prioritised them this year and they make a huge difference to me.
