This stuff is utterly unacceptable and I hope litigation is being planned. We won a lawsuit against the Tucson Sector Border Patrol for similar unconstitutional conditions of confinement.

The active duty soldier who was placed in on an involuntary mental health hold after speaking out about ICE abuses has been released. He was given no treatment nor diagnosis and no reason for the hold.

Congress has had years to do something about data brokers and they've sided with the tech lobby over and over again.
