Migrated here from the Musk Cesspit.
Amazing how much space there is in London’s “narrow” residential streets when you deal with the real problem - space annexed to private motor vehicle storage.

Cycling Bluesky. Thoughts on best cycling route from Twickenham to Hammersmith? I'd like to avoid the A316 if possible. Richmond Park then Putney?

The thing that makes me angry is that we now have to take shit like this seriously.

I remember back in the day if someone was talking about buying a country, you could buy him a pint and a bag of salted peanuts, and he’d fuck of and not bother you again.

Now he’s president

We build vehicles that weigh 9000 pounds with 1000HP, can go 0-60mph in 3 seconds and market them recklessly.

We then ask people to wear construction vests to cross the street. This is all so beyond absurd and it's truly incredible that we've normalized this.

Steve McNamara, head of the Licensed Taxi Driver’s Association blames the demise of London Taxis on “anti car” London, LTNs and cycle lanes for “white middle class men”. Black cabs enjoy unprecedented access in London having unlimited use of bus lanes, and purpose built taxi ranks. What an idiot.
