It: Welcome to Derry, just seems to be trying to capture the magic of the "coming of age" timeline in the book. It takes place 4 years later, but essentially the same period.
It is my favorite novel, I thought It (Chapter 1) was pretty well done, but this show continues to be a hard sell for me.

Immergut states for the record that she is basing new TRO on all of the reasons that were in my prior opinion granting first motion and the same reasons and apply...The deployment of the federalized military is ultra vires and contrary to law, she says.
