I mean it's cool that they can explore Mike's family during that era & add some back story to the reference in the book of Dick Hallorann.
I'm hoping it's good & has enough material to warrant it being a TV series, instead of an attempt of using the nostalgic era of the book to pull fans in.

Immergut states for the record that she is basing new TRO on all of the reasons that were in my prior opinion granting first motion and the same reasons and apply...The deployment of the federalized military is ultra vires and contrary to law, she says.

Judge: That's what I'll do. Prohibit federalization or deployment of any NG troops into Oregon. For all reasons in prior opinion. Deployment of federalized military is ultra vires and contrary to law, violating Title 10, section 12406. I also find it's likely that defendants violate 10th Amendment.
