I think Amy only gives up seat if she wins and either Walz or Klobuchar would appoint successor. Correct me if I am mistaken on process.

Yeah, same ranking here. Also Klob voted to take trans minors off Tricare.
But: Governors don't have unilateral powers to undo laws, and she'd have to actively work toward a repeal, and I don't think that animus is there. She won't go out of her way to protect us but she's not *against* us.
