Really think one of the most dangerous sentences I’ve ever heard in my life is “this would never happen here.”

Undocumented immigrants paid an effective federal income tax rate of 5.27% in 2022.

That means they paid a higher effective tax rate than 5 of the richest Americans…and a higher effective tax rate than 55 mega corporations.

So let me ask you: who are the real freeloaders?

Trump is now talking about shipping U.S. citizens to prisons in El Salvador.
Let me say that again: U.S. citizens. To foreign prisons.

This is not just unconstitutional—it’s unhinged.
Trump says he wants to imprison US citizens in El Salvador. That's likely illegal

Then the Trump administration upended the system funding one of the leading Alzheimer's projects.

I am proud to join my colleagues in filing an amicus brief standing up to Trump’s unconstitutional and un-American attack on birthright citizenship.

Let me be clear: If you’re born on U.S. soil, you are a U.S. citizen. That’s not just common sense—it’s the Constitution.

BREAKING: An immigration court determined our client Mahmoud Khalil to be removable from the U.S. based solely on his political speech.

The fight isn't over — we'll keep fighting for Mahmoud's freedom and all of our First Amendment rights in federal court.

Republicans just passed a budget that guts Medicaid, SNAP, veterans’ benefits, and free school lunches.

They swore they'd fix the economy—but this sure as hell ain’t it.

Our courts decide cases on abortion access, insurance coverage, and funding for essential medical services.

Make sure you get out this November and fight!

So let me get this straight—Trump’s nat sec adviser added a JOURNALIST to a group chat on classified Yemen strike plans?? This isn’t a group project, it’s national security.

They screamed “Lock her up” over emails, but leaking war plans is cool now? Make it make sense.

Among the material devastation to everyday people, Senate Dems have now blown a hole in their ability to work with the House.

We had an agreed upon plan, House took immense risk, then Senate turned around midway and destroyed it w/ a fear-based, inexplicable abdication.

They own what happens next.
